The BRICS summit has been taking place in Kazan for two days now, in which leaders and high-ranking officials of dozens of countries are participating.
A lot of effort has gone into preparing for the summit. And naturally, among all the details, it is interesting to see what menu was prepared for the guests from different parts of the world.
So, below we present the menu of BRICS.
- Kistibi, which is a traditional Tatar and Bashkir dish made of dough and filled with pea.
- Sherbet (ice cream) with lime.
- Lamb and market fish, as well as lasagna, which is an Italian dish made of square or rectangular pasta, topped with béchamel sauce, lasagna sheets and Parmesan cheese. Depending on the region, the filling ingredients may vary: meat, tomatoes, spinach, other vegetables, bolognese sauce, mozzarella cheese or ricotta.
- Dumplings with sturgeon and mushrooms, it is the general name of dumpling type dishes originating from different countries of the world.
- Apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
- Some drinks were also included.
