He was interested in why Armenia did not join two of the statements adopted as a result of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS held in Moscow on October 7: "Principles of ensuring security in Eurasia". " and "On the inadmissibility of unilateral measures in international relations" documents.
"I don't want to reveal too much the details of the discussions, because they were held behind closed doors and contain some diplomatic and advisory elements, maybe not very correct from the point of view of ethics. We proposed wordings that were not included in those statements, and on the contrary, there were wordings in those statements that were not acceptable to us," the minister noted.
