The Ministry of Internal Affairs proposes to make a change in the Law on Police. According to the Government of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the State Supplies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to establish an apartment or living house on the purchase of a residential house on the construction of a residential house.
Article 39 of the Law provides for state guarantees of the social security of police officers. According to Part 1 of Article 6 of the Constitution, state and local self-government bodies and officials are the right to fulfill only actions that are authorized by the Constitution or laws.
According to Part 2 of the same article, on the basis of the Constitution and the law, the bodies envisaged by the Constitution may be authorized by the law to adopt by sub-legislative legal acts. Authorizing the principles of legal certainty must be appropriate for the large-scale police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the aim of increasing the interests of the ministry or continuing the service to the government to set the above-mentioned authorization.
The project is proposed to read Article 39 of the Law on Police as follows: "1. Social security issues of police officers are regulated in accordance with the Law on the Status of the Military Service and the Soldier, except in cases provided for in this law.
2. Police officers can use an apartment or living housing for a living and preferential long-term mortgage lending programs to purchase an apartment or living housing in order to purchase a flat or living house. Police can also be provided with other social security guarantees defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. "
