After six months, the lower court decided to reject the lawsuit of the Sukiasian to deprive the Sukiasian's right to "Sil Plaza" and return the property to the state.
After examining the appeal of the Prosecutor's Office for 6 months with a written procedure for six months, the Court of Appeals were determined that it was subject to rejection, and the decision of the first anti-corruption court in January 2025. If the prosecutor's office does not file protection against the Court of Cassation, the decision of the appellate anti-corruption court will enter into force in one month. The Prosecutor General's Office informed Hetq that the prosecutor's office would file a cassation appeal against the decision of the appellate anti-corruption duty.
The Sil Plaza Business Center in the Small Center of Yerevan belongs to "GRZO PLAZA" LLC, which, in turn, belongs to Khachatur Sukiasyan and his family members. Hetq had revealed the history of the privatization of the buildings of the build center on it.
