"History, textbooks, falsifying historical realities do not change. In addition to our people in historical and milestones, the Artsakh movement, the Artsakh war, the struggle for Artsakh's freedom of Artsakh, was also lived. The victory of the Artsakh movement and the war provided not only the realization of the fair demands of the people of Artsakh, but provided Armenia's security, and it gave our country, in the region and everywhere, to the fighting and the winning people, which implied a completely different prospect and fate for the Armenian people. Today, Armenians are no longer living in Artsakh. This is just a tragedy of a whole nation.
Today, an Armenian must decide whether the existing realities adopts the end of history, verdict or final end, or elect wisdom, sobriety and dignity.
I am convinced that the Armenian man will make the right decision at the right time. "
