Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishak Century.
The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the decision on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Pakistan and discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation.
Touching upon regional developments, Ararat Mirzoyan presented the efforts to establish sustainable peace in the South Caucasus and in this context that peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia congratulated the RA Foreign Minister.
Minister Mirzoyan touched upon the other agreements reached in Washington on August 8.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Pakistan exchanged views on multilateral platforms, including UN and SCO, cooperation issues.
