Lukashenko will leave for Kazan to participate in the BRICS summit

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, will leave for Kazan on Wednesday to participate in the BRICS summit, reports the "Пул первого" telegram channel close to the press service of the head of state.


"The first (Lukashenko - ed.) will leave today for a working visit to Kazan, to the BRICS summit," the message says.


It is noted that the President of Belarus will participate in the session of the XVI BRICS summit in the "BRICS plus/outreach" format.


"The leaders of the countries will discuss current international issues, the topic of strengthening cooperation in the BRICS format as one of the foundations of multilateralism, increasing the cohesion of the world majority and quick resolution of existing regional conflicts," the publication states.
