The Armenian government has approved the list of beneficiaries of the State Housing Program for Benefit from Karabakh for violent families, the decision was approved at the August 28 sitting of the RA Government.
The purpose of the decision is to provide state housing assistance to 2020 The families of a group of people deported by the war, in particular, the families of the dead (dead) or unknown persons died (dead) or unknown members of the unknown.
The decision is conditioned by the expansion of the scope of support measures to displaced families. After the deportation, the mentioned families acquired real estate in Armenia through mortgage lending through Mortgage Banking CJSC. Since September, the monthly repayments for these loans are not carried out, which can lead to the process of repaying credit obligations at the expense of confiscation of property bail.
According to the decision, the monthly repayments of mortgage loans provided to the BANO Bank CJSC (Mother Money եւ Interest) are provided by the RA state budget by the RA state budget.
At the same time, the process of repaying mortgage loans for the beneficiaries of the Republic of Armenia will start after the purchase of RA citizenship, from the 20th month.
