On August 20, the 22-year-old young man reported that the mobile phone left the cell phone at around 23 pm, returned shortly after and noticed that it was not. Hours later, the stranger had demanded money to return the phone and not to publish the photos in it.
The events taken by the Central Community Police found out that the mentioned act was made by a 46-year-old resident of Tavush region. He was found in the Republic Square on August 23, arrested and taken to the central department.
