We are creating risks for our country," said Rusatmyan and announced that the "Armenia" faction will not participate in that illegal process, will not participate in the discussion or voting of the issue; "We ratify, it gets internal strength, Azerbaijan does not ratify what happens You say, this is nothing anymore. So we have to start from scratch. You have one last chance. You put it on the agenda, at least keep it on the agenda until we see what Azerbaijan is doing, do it only after that.
