On October 15, at 2:36 p.m., the Arabkir department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a report that a 34-year-old young man was taken to "Mikaelyan" medical center from Zaryan Street for medical treatment with a diagnosis of "a cut-perforated bleeding wound in the right half of the chest". He reported that he got the injuries as a result of falling on the street. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.


"Thanks to the operative and investigative measures taken by the officers of the Arabkir police department, however, they found out that there was an argument between the car washes, a 34-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy, at the car wash on Kochari Street, during which they hit each other, then the 17-year-old the young man stabbed his 34-year-old colleague.


As a result of the measures taken by Arabkir criminal investigators, a 17-year-old boy from Verin Artashat village was found in their village, arrested and transferred to Arabkir department. He and the prepared documents were submitted to the pre-trial body. The circumstances are being clarified," the message says.
