Former Syrian presidential allies have started threatening him

According to The Washington Post (WP), the former allies of Syrian President Ahmed Ash-Sharaa have started threatening him. According to the source, thousands of foreign militants, including from Europe and Central Asia, have been helped to come to the As-Shara power after the failure of Bashar Assad. But now they have become the main obstacle to its "political survival".

Although Ash-Sharaar appointed many militants in the Ministry of Defense, the latter are dissatisfied with his policy, particularly the former ally Abu Muhammad al-Julani. According to journalists, this can lead to an uprising. In addition, the militants accuse him of cooperation with the United States and Turkey in the fight against extremist groups. "Al-Julani is attacked by the land, and America from the air," WP quotes their words.

Earlier it was reported that US President Donald Trump shared his hand during a meeting with the new Syrian leadership.
