US President Joe Biden cannot solve the Ukrainian conflict, former US leader and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump expressed a similar opinion on Monday.

"Biden has done nothing [to resolve the conflict], he has not spoken to [Russian President] Vladimir Putin for over a year. He doesn't know anything about it," Trump told supporters during a speech in Pennsylvania. "I think I can end [this conflict] as president-elect."

He added that he maintains good relations with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine and expects to solve the problem through negotiations.
