Scientists have discovered a physical defect by which children born prematurely in adulthood

The Norwegian and Finnish International Scientists' Scientists have found that people born under low (less than 1,500 grams) show less physical activity in adults compared to their peers. The results of the research were published in the PLOS ONE scientific journal.

Experts have studied the indicators of 109 people born prematurely born 87. Their physical activity has been measured through trees that the participants were in a week.

Researchers have found that early participants spend 7.3 minutes less a day on moderate and active intensity exercises such as running, bicycle and walking quickly. This week is about 50 minutes.

"We have also found that weak driving skills can be explained by about a third of the difference between the two groups," said the leading authors of the research, Khupina Jupvik Akvik from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

In order to evaluate motor skills, participants filled out tests that included walking, run, jump, and other exercises. The premature participants have made worse than the controller group.

Although both groups, on average, they have met the World Health Organization's proposals, moderate activity per week, researchers emphasize that even small differences in activity can have long-term consequences.

Scientists believe that early promotion of driving skills in children born prematurely can have a long-term positive effect.
