Putin called the Ukrainian military near Kursk to terrorists


Representatives of Ukrainian officials opposed to the Russian authorities in Kurski region are considered by terrorists, Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated at a meeting in one of the commands of the Russian Zu Kursk group.
