Community pedagogues will be provided for transportation services. The new project will be the CMS

The Ministry of Education and Science of the RA Ministry of Education (EDRAFT.AM) has submitted a new project to the Terms of Compensation for transport services to pedagogical employees of community pre-school educational institutions, as well as the relationship between the size decision and provision.

According to the project, this order of the Minister will enter into force on January 1, 2026.

The ministry presented the procedure for compensation for transport services.

Compensation for the pedagogical workers located in the regions of the Republic of Armenia, which are located in another location different from their actual residence (which is more than 5 km from 5 km), a pedagogical employee of the institution 0.5 or more staff.
The institutions that have transport vehicles in their balance sheet and the RA state budget receive compensation for fuel and / or other transport costs, not the beneficiary of the event mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Procedure.
The maximum compensation is considered to be (calculated in two directions for each present one present).
Only in case of minibus routes, the amount of tariff for minibus routes,
In case of minibus and bus routes, the amount of tariffs for bus routes,
In the absence of minibus and bus routes, 25 AMD for each km, but not less than 200 AMD (calculated in two directions) for each present.
In the absence of minibuses and bus routes, the number of pedagogical workers and students from this school is at a maximum of 4% (calculated in two directions), equal amounts of distributed pedagogical workers and students.
The substantiation of the submitted project indicates, despite the implementation of the policy adopted by the state, in pre-school educational institutions, the number of vacancies of existing pedagogical workers remains worrying. Currently, the number of non-generated staff is about 450.

The project aims to clarify the procedure for ensuring the availability of professional staff in pre-school educational institutions through compensation.

The adoption of a legal act will contribute to the creation of preconditions for the provision of normal operation to preschool educational institutions.
