Moscow has always valued and continues to value fraternal relations with Yerevan. We consider Armenia one of our natural strategic partners and allies. We are committed to the entire range of agreements signed with Armenia in the trade-economic and military-political spheres formed at the bilateral level and within the framework of general integration associations.
At the same time, Russia has no hidden agenda or "projects", the implementation of which would have a detrimental effect on Armenia's security or economic well-being. This was stated by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in the framework of the questions addressed to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The calculations are not finished yet, but we can already say that the turnover of 2024 has set an absolute record. By the way, the volume of trade between Armenia and the EU and the USA, which are urging Armenia to abandon the Russian market, is much smaller and is declining.
Russia continues to be Armenia's main trade and investment partner. We highly appreciate the results of Armenia's presidency in EAEU bodies. At the same time, we have to emphasize once again that Eurasian economic integration and membership in the European Union are incompatible.
We hope that in the coming year we will be able to make significant progress in the implementation of a number of important programs, as well as increase the dynamics of cultural, humanitarian and interregional exchanges.
