STATEMENT:
In connection with the publications in the Russian media regarding the claim filed against the "Jermuk Group" PB company, we inform you that the publications contained untrue, slanderous and violating the presumption of innocence information, because neither within the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings, nor from the numerous inspections carried out (including the RF carried out by competent state authorities) has not been substantiated by anyone that the death of Oleg Gusov, a resident of the city of Vladikavkaz, Russia, was caused by As a result of drinking "Jermuk" mineral water or drinking the contents of a bottled "Jermuk" mineral water bottle.
The lawsuit filed by the family members of the deceased person is completely groundless, because the connection between "Jermuk" mineral water and the painful incident with the resident of the city of Vladikavkaz, Russia is excluded, therefore, the fault of "Jermuk Group" PB company is excluded.
Moreover, in the criminal proceedings initiated by the Russian law enforcement authorities regarding the death of Oleg Gusov, "Jermuk Group" PB company is not even a person involved in the proceedings.
After the death of Oleg Gusov, the competent authorities of the Republic of Armenia provided relevant evidence based on inspections. Numerous inspections were also carried out by the competent authorities of the Russian Federation, the results of which also proved that "Jermuk" mineral water meets the requirements set by international standards. and intended for use in food.
The fact that the bans applied to the sale of "Jermuk" mineral water have been lifted throughout the Russian Federation also proves the sufficiency of the above-mentioned evidence.
We hope that as a result of the objective investigation of the criminal case, the innocence of "Jermuk Group" PB company will be proven once again.
