Petros Petrosyan, acting as a public prosecutor in the criminal case initiated against the second president of RA Robert Kocharyan and others, has written an application for release.
"Dear friends, today, after nearly 17 years of service, I have submitted a request for dismissal. Every morning I came to work (service) with an insatiable desire to serve my Motherland, but I have decided to practice law and from now on serve my people and my state in that way. I express my gratitude to all my leaders who have ever believed and trusted me.
Thank you to all my friends whom I have acquired during these years, and with whom we have passed a difficult, difficult, sometimes dangerous, but at the same time honorable path. May God protect our Motherland."
