"Armen Galstyan, the father of the dead soldier Levon Galstyan, was arrested for the second time in the same procedure within a week.
Judge Nelly Baghdasaryan declared the arrest based on reasonable suspicion of having committed a crime illegal and the arrested person was released from illegal arrest.
Two days later, last night, Armen Galstyan was arrested again in order to detain him.
The court session will take place this evening at 21:00 at Shengavit Regional Court.
I, as a lawyer, confirm that this arrest and mediation have nothing to do with the logic of the restraining order or the law, it is another farce staged by some "leaders" of "law enforcement agencies".
