Former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Arshak Karapetyan published a statement on his Facebook page saying:
"The Pan-Armenian Front movement announces the start of the process of creating a new force, the Pan-Armenian United Council. It's time to unite our efforts and unite our people around the one true goal of ensuring national security and preserving Armenian statehood." We will steadfastly and consistently protect the national interests and security of our state. The union of the military, clergy and any Armenian concerned about the fate of Armenia will make us more powerful and ready to advance the state interest of Armenia at any cost and everywhere.
We are coming because Armenia needs to restore its former prestige, we are coming because Armenia needs to strengthen its military-political ties with allied and friendly countries. And so, the new force "All-Armenian United Council" is based on the trinity of the National Army-Church, and this unity will signal the beginning of raising our state from the defeated position again. And so, to work for the sake of the victorious Republic of Armenia.
