"Guided by Article 30, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Clause 72 of the Annex to Decision N1-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan dated June 18, 2009, No. 132-А of the Mayor of Yerevan dated January 17, 2025 by decision: on January 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., convene an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia session with the following agenda:
1. On suspending the actions of paragraphs "a" and "b" of paragraph 2, subparagraph 2 of paragraph 27 of the decision N 265-Н of the Yerevan City Council of December 24, 2024.
2. On suspending the operation of the decision N95-N of Yerevan city council of March 12, 2024".
