In response to the media's questions, RA Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ani Badalyan issued a clarification regarding the RA-US strategic partnership charter and commission.
It is stated in the clarification. "On January 14, the document on the Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the United States of America, the charter, was signed in Washington, and both the Armenian and the American sides published the full identical text of the actual document developed as a result of joint work and finally agreed upon.
The charter defines the strategic nature of the partnership between the two countries and at the same time the commission is launched, which is the format within which the parties will work for the purpose of implementing the goals set in the charter, discussing and coordinating issues of cooperation in the sectoral directions mentioned in the charter.
