Since the start of military operations in the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the number of Palestinians killed as a result of Israeli military operations is approaching 46,6 thousand. The Ministry of Health of the Palestinian enclave issued a corresponding statement.
"Since October 2023, the number of victims of Israeli aggression in Gaza has reached 46,584, and another 109,731 people have been injured," said the department's summary, which was published on the official Telegram channel.
Gaza's health ministry also said it believed 19 Palestinians had been killed and 71 wounded in Israeli shelling in the enclave in the past 24 hours.
