The Deputy General Secretary of the Investigative Committee wrote an application for dismissal. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Artur Poghosyan, signed an order on January 8, which states:
"Guided by Article 12, Part 2, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia", Part 1 of Article 16, and Part 1 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Civil Service" With point 1, as well as based on Armen Tovmasyan's application.
I order: 1. Deputy General Secretary of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia (cover letter 33-Г2-1) Armen Sergeyi Tovmasyan was dismissed from his position "according to a personal application" from January 7 of this year.
