"And who among us knows exactly what he will do in the event of a war?
Who will have what war effort? Yes, during a possible war there will be bureaucrats refusing public support as a result of self-doubt.
Yes, there will be looters who take advantage of the situation. Yes, there will be those who use the situation to take power or to bring back the Russian line. But all of them are a minority.
The conscientious majority of the public should not be disappointed by all that and, in advance, everyone should have a clear idea of what they will do to help the war effort.
