There was no discussion at all about leaving the mandate, but when one of the 29 deputies expresses opinions that he is against the faction's approach, of course it should be discussed.
After the court session, Robert Kocharyan, the second president of the Republic of Armenia, said this in a conversation with journalists, referring to the question of the further activities of the member of the National Assembly "Armenia" faction Gegham Nazaryan.
"If he doesn't agree, he can also leave the faction or the faction has the right to simply remove him after certain procedures," said Kocharyan. He noted that they will discuss this issue in the coming days.
