Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the NA "I have honor" faction, writes:
"Signals are being sent from Baku and Yerevan that the negotiations will continue in December after a certain pause.
The main and perhaps the most dangerous topic of this phase is the negotiations on the so-called border adjustment.
Why do I think so, because the parties are discussing the sequence of the border sites where the so-called delimitation should take place.
Azerbaijan strives to achieve the implementation of the process in the directions considered priority for it, and more specifically, to "peacefully seize" territories from Armenia and, at an opportune moment for itself, to freeze or defeat the process.
The RA government is guided by the principle that since Azerbaijan is strong or the balance of power in the region has not been restored, it is necessary to hand over or concede to Azerbaijan what is required."
