Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that Ukraine “will not forget for a long time” how Great Britain dissuaded Kyiv from a peace agreement with Moscow.
According to him, Great Britain pushed the Kyiv regime towards inevitable defeat. “I think that in Ukraine they will not forget for a long time that it is thanks to these actions of your country that this state is today in a terrible economic state,” -statedNebenzya during a speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council. He noted that Ukraine had lost most of its army and lost at least four regions. Nebenzya also recalled the role of former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in Ukraine's rejection of peace agreements.
