During the inspection carried out in the bakery workshop owned by individual entrepreneur Rustam Hovhannisyan (Ararat Marz, Artashat City, Marksi Street), the Food Safety Inspection Body found that the requirements of the "Food Safety" technical regulation were violated.
"In particular,
the structure of the production building did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, the risk of particles falling into the produced food, the formation of condensate, mold on the surface of the production buildings,
the bathroom doors opened to the production building,
materials and accessories not used during food production were stored in the production area,
the surfaces of the walls of the production building did not have a smooth surface, the plaster was spilled in some areas,
the ceilings were not safe, they were not kept in good condition.
By the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the bakery workshop was suspended. A deadline has been set to eliminate the recorded violations," the message says.
