"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"In December, the term of the social assistance program given to Artsakh citizens expires, it is about 40+10 thousand drams per person per month.
According to our information, discussions are going on in the government for a long time on the issue of stopping the program, they are developing another support program aimed only at some social groups, in particular, minors, pensioners, but yesterday we learned that the authorities, predicting what wave of dissatisfaction will rise after the end of the program, decided to extend the program until April.
It is no secret that the majority of Artsakh residents pay their rent thanks to this support, so stopping it could become a reason for a riot.
From April to July, a program of 30+10 thousand drams will be in effect, but only for minors and pensioners, and from July to December they will pay 30 thousand drams.
In other words, the process of stopping is done slowly, reconciling little by little with the reality of not getting anything from the state, so that a wave of protest does not rise. This means that RA funding directed at Artsakh for more than 30 years was stopped, and Pashinyan's government came out of Artsakh's loss as a financial gainer.
