"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"KMS Minister Zhanna Andreasyan has recently appointed her close friend, Deputy Minister Araxia Svajyan, as the co-chair of the Board of Trustees of the National Agrarian University of Armenia.
The chairman of the Agrarian Council was Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan. In the history of Armenian universities, there is no institution of the co-chairman of the board of trustees, there is no co-chairman status in any university.
The charter of this university also does not provide for the position of co-chairman. It turns out that Svajyan occupies that position illegally.
They say in the university that the minister's girlfriend was not demoted just like that, maybe the government intends to take another building from the agrarian one, so in order to control the process on the spot, to make it as manageable as possible, they sent "their man".
To remind: According to the government's decision, one of the buildings of the university was handed over to the French University last week, due to which the staff protested in front of the government building.
