As of 11:10 a.m. on May 27, various police departments detained 226 participants of the protests.  This was reported by the Department of Public Communication and Information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: "As of now, there are no closed streets," said the Department of Public Communication and Information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The police noted that the citizens were detained on the basis of Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Armenia, by members of the police forces or the police. Disobedience actions of the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement continue in Yerevan. Citizens block various streets in the capital.
