During the service carried out in the capital on February 9-16, Yerevan patrols discovered 4342 violations of traffic rules, moving 176 cars to a special protected area.
In particular, 181 drunk drivers, 195 without a driver's license were found.
99 related to license plate, 413 driving without a seat belt, 20 without a child seat, 20 for smoking while driving, 233 for using the phone while driving, 335 for crossing a pedestrian crossing and 1461 other violations were found.
139 cars were operated without an APPA contract, 186 without technical inspection, 67 with malfunctioning headlights, 77 with film-covered windshield and side windows, 87 without winter tires.
In addition, 76 people were arrested on various suspicions and taken to Community Police Departments.
