By the decree of RA President Vahagn Khachaturian, Hasmik Tolmajyan was recalled from the post of RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of France and the Principality of Monaco. Hasmik Tolmajyan was appointed by the President's decree as a permanent representative of the Republic of Armenia at the Geneva office of the United Nations and other international organizations.
By another presidential decree, Arman Khachatryan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of RA to the Republic of France. Arman Khachatryan was recalled from the position of permanent representative of RA in the Council of Europe by the presidential decree.
By the presidential decree, Armen Papikyan was appointed the permanent representative of the Republic of Armenia in the Council of Europe (seat: Strasbourg). Armen Papikyan was recalled from the positions of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Slovakia, the head of the RA mission to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, as well as the permanent representative of the Republic of Armenia to the United Nations office in Vienna and other international organizations.
At the same time, Andranik Hovhannisyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of RA to the Republic of Austria (residence: Vienna). Hovhannisyan was recalled from the positions of RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Swiss Confederation and RA Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva and other international organizations.
