The "Fact" daily writes:
The public and political agenda of Armenia have found a special place to "unite", "Struggle", "Let's build new Armenia" calls. The idea of uniting and uniting, of course, is welcome, but the process of transition from calls is incomparably more complicated. The idea of unification did not go beyond calls, and our compatriots lacking bitter experience have not been impressed for a long time. All kinds of similar calls have already lost their weight as they do not have real and live targets. And when there is no particular action, the most impressive words are even dust from the first wind.
Professionalism and experience have finally been highly important in the background of the current political power, and in parallel with the calls of consolidation, thoughts in the country's management system should be involved and can people. This idea is not new, but it always remained in the second plan, giving way to emotions, personal ambitions and party "control". It is clear that for years, public opinion was nourished by the myth of "politics is a dirty business." As a result, real experts have remained far from politics, not wanting to connect their name with "dirty deeds." Instead of them, the political field is flooded with a crowd of accidental "passers-by" and self-proclaimed saviors. Everyone already realizes that the state needs technocrats. But when those calls are heard, the question arises. Armenia is a small country, and the real professionals, to put it mildly, are not very much. Therefore, the same person can see different political forces in their future government, and it is natural. This is not a testament to the scarcity of skilled, experienced people in the competition, but in the political system. However, the problem is not only their number, but the attitude.
If there is a realization that management without professionals can not be effective, it should not call for unaddressed calls, but voicing their existence, highlight them, to talk, to talk about, to persuade. Their place should be at the planning table of state decisions, not as an observer. You do not need to avoid this topic. Need to search day and night, recognize and involve people who can solve a real problem, not nice to speak. The earth builds those who know, not those who are shouting, why.
If we really want to have an effective state, it must end the random management. Politics is cleared not by slogan, but in quality. And the quality comes from there, where there are knowledge, experience and responsibility.
