The United States has suspended the bill of customs duties against Russia due to the fundraising funds

The US Senate has suspended the promotion of a bill to set 500% of customs duties on Russia and its trade partners. As reported by Armenpress, this was reported by Politico, citing the statement of the Primate of the Republican Majority in the Senate.

This decision was made against US President Donald Trump against the background of the Russian war against Ukraine.

"It seems that at the moment the president intends to try to do some things on his own. If at any time, he decides that the progress of this bill makes sense and will strengthen its negotiation positions, then we will join it. We will be ready, "he said.

On July 14, Trumi threatened to set 100% of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutse, targeting Moscow's trade partners, if no agreement with Ukraine will be reached within 50 days.

The Senate legislation provides even more strict customs duties towards a number of countries, including China, India and Brazil.
