Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister presented Baku's demand to Armenia in Istanbul

"Armenia must make the necessary changes in its Constitution in order to achieve stable peace in the South Caucasus region," said Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, speaking at the 3+3 regional platform meeting held in Istanbul.

Bayramov told his colleagues about Azerbaijan's vision to transform common challenges into opportunities for cooperation in various fields, including security, economy, trade, energy, transport, communication and environmental protection.

He also stated that allegedly "in order to achieve stable peace in the South Caucasus region, Armenia should reform the constitution and thereby "eliminate the remnants of the narratives and structures of the previous conflict".
