Trump has turned to the Supreme Court to facilitate the deportation of migrants to third countries

US President Donald Trump has come to the Supreme Court, demanding the deportation of migrants not only to their country of origin, but also other third countries, such as South Sudan. This policy envisages the deportees without preliminary notice or protection, appealed to the regional courts as a violation of international rights.

In March, Judge Brian Murphi banned this program, forcing the government to provide pre-notice and ability to argue the fear of chasing or torture. The Trump administration noted that these obstacles are endangering US foreign policy, forcing deportees to be deported in foreign military facilities.

However, the courts rejected the requirement of the administration, noting the violations of the rights of migrants and the undiscoiated actions with third countries. This issue remains in the focus of Trump Migration Policy, emphasizing both the legal challenges of immigration and the international principles of human rights, conveys CNN.
