On May 11, the Ashtarak Department of the Community Police received information that a 13-year-old minor is being regularly abused by his classmates in one of the schools in the Karbi settlement.
Neither the educational institution nor the minor's parents filed a report on the incident with the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the information of the community police of Ashtarak, it was found out that on April 17, a scuffle took place between the minor and his classmates, which was intervened by the classmates, who then informed the principal.
On May 11, the minor's mother was called to the Ashtarak Community Police Department, where she reported that during the stampede, her son was hit on the head, as a result of which he fainted and was taken to the Karbi outpatient clinic, and then to the "Surb Astvamayr" medical center.
Communal police determined the identity of the participants of the dispute with the measures taken.
On behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs, a petition regarding the incident was submitted to the Minister of CGMS.
The prepared documents were submitted to the Aragatsotn Regional Investigation Department.
