The decision of permanent representatives is not final. The package approved by them should be sent to the leaders of the European Union.
"Sanctions are aimed at 13 other banks and, the so-called shadow fleet tanker," said Financial Times.
In addition, according to the publication interlocutors, the new package of sanctions includes a "phase" ban on the purchase of certain types of products made of Russian aluminum.
