US President Donald Trump noted that Ukraine needs elections if Kiev wants to sit on the talks at the negotiating table.
"We are dealing with a situation when there was no elections in Ukraine when a martial situation in Ukraine is where the leader is in Ukraine, I mean that his rating has decreased to 4%.
