The release of a US citizen by Minsk is not the only request of the new administration in Washington. This was reported today, February 13, by the press secretary of the Belarusian president, Natalia Eismont.
Recall that on January 26, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the release of US citizen Anastasia Nufer in Belarus.
On February 12, Minsk released another US citizen, whose name has not yet been disclosed.
Minsk also released RFE/RL journalist Andrey Kuznetschik and opposition activist Elena Movshuk.
