Grandma's house versus government dachas

Grandma is the creator and bearer of the urban environment in her district.
And those people who received houses from the Soviet Union, you can't say let them go.
The city is a city with those people, Yerevan, the capital, is made up of those people, not those who accidentally appeared in dachas, or some suddenly rich taifek, whose value system does not include any city culture. And that grandmother has the right to tell you to leave those dachas, because you are harming this city, this country.
That is grandmother's civil right. And finally, at least one of your economists should tell Nikol that raising property taxes does not mechanically increase the value of a house. The real estate market is regulated by completely different laws, by a different logic.
By raising property taxes, the real estate market can be hit, to which that market can react in a very different way. And as a rule, to the detriment of the ordinary citizen.
And in reality, he doesn't need to be told anything. He needs to be fired. This country is a sin, it will not survive.
