The Vagharshapat Department of the Community Police received information that a 37-year-old resident of Taronik village was preparing and selling counterfeit alcoholic beverages. In order to verify the reliability of the information, on February 10, community police officers of the Vagharshapat Department visited the house of a 37-year-old man. This was reported by the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police.
He told the police that the information was correct, that he had counterfeit beverages in the basement, which he was ready to present.
A criminal case was initiated, within the framework of which the man presented 56 bottles of various types of counterfeit beverages from the basement of the house during the inspection.
The 37-year-old resident of Taronik village was arrested and presented to the Vagharshapat Investigation Department with the prepared documents.
