The peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian crisis will be the main topic of the Munich Security Conference.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this on Sirius Satellite Radio. "The main topic for everyone will be the war in Ukraine. President Trump has made it clear that the war in Ukraine must end," the head of the diplomatic department said. "It is in everyone's interest that this war ends, and obviously we will discuss it here with our secretaries of state and other leaders," Rubio concluded.
Last week, the Axios portal, citing sources, reported that the US Secretary of State will soon leave for a second working trip.
During the trip, he will participate in the Munich Security Conference, which will start on February 14. After that, Rubio will leave for the Middle East, where he will visit Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. In addition, the portal's interlocutors noted that the US Secretary of State will visit the Palestinian Authority.
