The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it struck the intelligence headquarters of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement in Beirut. "Israel Defense Forces fighters carried out intelligence-based strikes against terrorist targets belonging to the Hezbollah headquarters in Beirut, including intelligence collection facilities, command centers and other terrorist infrastructure facilities,” the army said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
The IDF added that over the past few hours, the country's air force has carried out strikes on Hezbollah weapons depots in the Beirut area. “After the strikes, secondary explosions were recorded, which indicates the presence of weapons,” the army added.
