Israel has entered into force on the Law on Palestinian Refugee Aid Agency (Unrwa) in the Middle East. This was stated by Dmitry Gendelman of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office.

"UNRWA activities to stop the activities of Unrwa in the country today," he said.

Genderman explained that "from today the activities and services of Unrwa are banned in the territory of the state of Israel."

Earlier, Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman said, Myanthen, Israel will have no contact with Unrwa since January 30.

He added that Israel "remains committed to facilitating the delivery of Gaza Humanitarian Aid in accordance with international law and facilitating the hostage agreement."
