Hrach Khachatryan, the victim-recognized police officer, was interrogated at today's session.
Levon Kocharyan and defense attorneys Alexander Kochubaev, Aram Vardevanyan and Erik Aleksanyan asked the victim questions in order to clarify the details of the events that took place on Amiryan Street in the capital, Levon Kocharyan being brought to the "Shengavit" police department, who did not give detailed answers to most of the questions, citing that he did not remember the details. In that regard, the lawyers noted that the police officer who is recognized as a victim answers the questions they are interested in with double standards. :
The hearing was adjourned. The next hearing will be held on January 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., during which the accused party will continue to ask questions of the injured party.
