The communities of the Republic of Armenia (excluding the city of Yerevan) in the context of the continuous growth of the years before 2024, have actually collected 43.4 billion drams of their own income against the planned 41.2 billion drams, which is 2.2 billion drams or 5.3% more than the previous year's index.

In addition, 1.8 billion drams were collected more than the 41.6 billion drams actually collected in 2023. The growth was 4.1%.

The regulations for the calculation of the real estate tax payable to the local budget under the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia contributed to the growth of the communities' own incomes.
